You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinolevant account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. casinolevant will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
casinolevant is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents requested by casinolevant as part of the verification process. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
casinolevant accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the applicable payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your casinolevant account instantly. Bank transfers are typically processed within a few minutes during standard banking hours. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; casinolevant targets a 15-minute average for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, subject to verification requirements.
casinolevant holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your real money balance is your property and will be returned to you upon request, subject to verification and these Terms.
You must not use payment methods that do not belong to you. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. casinolevant reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of involving third-party payment instruments and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by casinolevant are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. casinolevant reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
casinolevant actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and bonus winnings forfeited.
casinolevant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
All games available on the casinolevant platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by casinolevant or any player.
Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. casinolevant is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, casinolevant reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the casinolevant platform without prior written consent from casinolevant.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casinolevant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
casinolevant's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
casinolevant does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
casinolevant collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
casinolevant complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the service.

casinolevant reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, casinolevant may forfeit any bonus balance in your account. Your real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or regulatory freeze.
You may close your casinolevant account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to casinolevant's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. casinolevant cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player disputes.
casinolevant reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the casinolevant platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
